Refund policy
CORE Return
You have 30 days after receiving your item to return your core.
- Cores must be return within 30 Days of the date of purchase.
- Core items must always be returned in the original packaging.
- Cores not returned in original packaging will be refused.
- Any core returns accepted outside the 30 day return window, may not be refunded the entire value of or core as manufacturer core prices can fluctuate, and may be subject to a 20% fee. We also reserve the right refuse core returns outside the regular return window.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
***Core return shipping is at the customer expense and won't be accepted if an amount id due at reception***

Return
We have a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled/unopened product, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note there is a 5% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Work
Custom work is non-refundable once work has started.
If a custom work order is cancelled, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers administrative time, preparation, and labor already performed.
Once custom work has been completed or delivered, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted.
By placing an order for custom work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital product, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened electronics. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be issued minus any applicable fees incurred during the transaction. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card processing fees, shipping costs, and other related charges. We aim to process refunds promptly while ensuring transparency about these deductions. For any questions, please contact our support team.
